With a population of 8 million, the 3 regions (Savanah, Midland, Coastal) cover approximately 43,000 square kilometres. It is larger than many other countries in the World. Its political capital is Buea and the economic capital is Victoria. The Region is geographically diverse, Buea itself, meanwhile, sits at the foot of Mount Fako, and possesses an almost temperate climate markedly different from the rest of the regions. The Savannah and Midland Regions are predominantly grassland and forest.
Foreign visitors are warmly welcomed. Among the growing number of visitors are international media (currently monitoring the war waged on Ambazonia by the Republic of Cameroon (La Republique du Cameroun). International investors, Business people as well as those working on returning from the Diaspora are currently in talks with this Government.
